Tommy’s Restaurant Oyster Bar is ranked among the best in both Harris and Galveston County. Restaurant maven and owner Tom Tollett have served the Clear Lake community for 24 years. He is proud of his authentic Louisiana recipes which have been perfected for the past 42 years.

“There are two distinct types of cuisine found in Louisiana,” Tollett says. The popular Cajun style is pure country with simplistic flavors and a variety of vegetables and peppers. On the other hand, Creole style is influenced by the city with regional spices and savory seafood often smothered in rich creams.”
Tommy’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar implements sustainability with the help of local businesses. Tollett works closely with the Galveston Bay Foundation to help build new oyster reefs. He has served for many years on the Board of Directors and is integrally involved to support education programs and marine conservation.

The new renovation is modern, colorful and artistic. Well, known interior designer, Marjorie Slovack developed a contemporary style that is classy yet relaxed. RBL Construction successfully transformed Slovak's gorgeous design into reality.
