Our entertainment has a wide range of talent including, a Texas Music Icon, a Grammy-nominated talent, and a finalist for New Male Vocalist of the Year for the Texas Regional Radio and Music awards. This year’s fair runs from March 29 – April 6, 2019, with a sneak peek night on March 28. Ticket are on sale now and can be purchased online. The fair’s run is filled with family fun and is a TRUE hometown fair experience. Each year the GCF&R awards thousands of dollars in scholarships totaling over $77,000. The livestock auction generated over $500,000 for our youth livestock exhibitors in 2018. This year’s event has something for everyone in the family to enjoy including live rodeo action, a carnival, livestock judging contest and jammed packed entertainer line up.
