Anna PERKINS
Santa Fe Teacher
Was said to be a favorite substitute teacher
Even students that graduated before
Felt privileged to enter her classroom door
Was consider by many to be an absolute angel
Spreading her kindness all around
Teaching on Santa Fe grounds
Ms. Perkins relatives offered advice
That cannot be rhymed as good in any way
They came forward with love to say
We know Ann would want the students and faculty of Santa Fe
Those to remember to keep their hearts open
To discuss their feelings with family members, friends, and counselors
In order to successfully conquer this tragedy
That my friends across these lands
Is a very special teacher and family
For them with rhymes I give God praise
For sending this teacher Santa Fe High School students way
A depraved Satan controlled student
Struck out at innocent souls
Taking away from us so unjust
Such wonderful people as these 10
For all the affected families this day in rhymes I pray
May God hold you tight with all his might
Comforting your sorrows away
Throughout these tragic hurtful times
I pray in Jesus name divine
