My heart is sad my mind is mad
Such a lovely lady not here with us
Always for her family to sacrifice
Why did this shooter take her life
Her husband's health was her main concern
His wellness was what she did lovingly yearn
Does not seem from this tragedy we can learn
Except to cherish loved ones each and every day
We never know when our death will come
From what I read this family loves our Lord
This tragedy upon them is so very hard
They will deeply weep then in time rejoice
For this lovely lady is on her way to heaven above
A teacher she was for many young souls
Knowing her students hate to see her go
Yet rejoice rejoice she will walk on streets of gold 
Nearer to be to God's loving side to abide
My dear Lord watch over this family
So deep is their pain hurting so much
Send your love from above with a loving touch
Place your healing hands upon her husband
With these rhymes through Jesus divine
Watch over this family during these perilous times
So much hurt has most certainly come their way
Yet I can feel they will still give you their love and praise
