The Rotary Club of Texas City is excited to announce the 10th Annual Mardi Gras Mainland Gala "Bubbles and Bling" event for 2020. The spectacular evening is set for February 8, 2020, at the Doyle Convention Center in Texas City at 7:00 pm. We are also having a Parade and Fun Run earlier in the day, which you can sign up for at www.mainlandmardigras.com. The parade entry is free so get your float, truck, car, etc. and join in on the fun in Texas City.
The proceeds from the Gala will help provide funding for the many community and international projects and programs Rotary provides and/or has provided such as the Rotary Pavilion, Rotary Fitness Trail and updates to the Trail, Shoal Point Lighthouse and Layettes for Nicaragua. Rotary also supports educational projects and programs for Texas City ISD such as:$25,000.00+ a year in Scholarships to graduating seniors

• Civility In Government Washington D.C. Trip for High School students
• School Supply Drive Donations
• Adopt-A-Family donations and toys

• We will host a "Royal Court" which includes nominees from our Galveston County Rotary Clubs. The King and Queen will be crowned at the Gala.
  At the Gala you will be provided with a delicious dinner, open bar, silent and live auctions and continuous music throughout the evening featuring the "Mambo Jazz Kings" a local premier band.
