This contest allows community youth, aged Kindergarten through 12th grade, an opportunity to not only celebrate the city’s current history but also envision the city they wish to be a part of in the next 70 years! This free event will allow law enforcement to permanently mark and paint each catalytic converter. This process aims to deter future theft and aid investigators efforts to solve any future theft that may occur. Due to this event’s popularity, this event is open to any Galveston County resident that is interested. Once your appointment is confirmed, an email will be sent from the La Marque Police Department.
