It's easy to let the mind take you over opposed to you being in control of its wanderings. Left on its own it will take you places you have no business going. It will make you believe things that are just NOT true. It will hold you under water until you can't breathe.

The mind is weak and easily swayed by the ways of the world and our adversary, the devil.

So today... take control of it. You tell it what to believe and what not to believe. You change the mindset.

Switch it from the negative to the positive. From doom and gloom to hope. From "I Can't" to "I Can". From "who am I" to "I am a child of the Most High God! If He be for me who could be against. I am the head and not the tail. Greater is He living in me than he who is in the world. He will never leave me or forsake me. I am chosen, loved, and worthy!!!"
