Meet Marta and her beautiful family who, for the past 2 years has been kind enough to host a book drive with PaperPie (formerly known as Usborne Books and More) to get books into the hands of CASA kiddos.
This year, Marta raised over $1600 which PaperPie matched and we are the receivers of over $2500 of books!
We are so thankful!
A little bit about Marta, she is an Autism Mom, raising two kiddos on the autism spectrum.
She is passionate about helping society better understand autism and bringing about acceptance as well as encouraging families impacted by autism and helping provide resources. She is a Brand Partner with PaperPie and she wants to share what she's learned and help others in their journey to teach their children.
Marta has a special place in her heart for children in Foster Care because she has 8 nieces and nephews that were adopted from the foster care system.
All of the children are thriving and she's seen what a difference has been made in their lives.
Marta chose to support CASA with a book drive in efforts to provide local children in foster care…some of whom had to leave everything behind…with books they can keep and have ownership over.
