Roberts Elementary's 5th graders teamed up with Turtle Island Restoration Network for a hands-on lesson in environmental stewardship at East Beach. Together, they tackled marine debris, hauling away nearly 50 pounds of waste! From watersheds to microplastics, these young eco-warriors soaked up knowledge and made a real difference through community action.
