Congratulations to the Texas City High School Band for achieving perfect scores from each judge in their concert performance at UIL competition. The Cinco de Mayo Parade and Festival is coming up on Saturday, April 29. The parade starts at 10 a.m. at Guajardo Elementary, with the route ending at Nessler Park.
