We are so excited to announce our 2022 Citizen of the Year, Melinda Torrison of Meador Staffing.
Melinda Torrison is the President/COO of Meador Staffing
Services, and an incredible leader and friend to many in our
community. She has been involved in the Pasadena community
for many years including serving as Chairman of the Board for the
Pasadena Chamber of Commerce in 2020, during the pandemic.
It was certainly no easy task to lead an organization through a
disaster that no one had ever experienced before, but Melinda
proudly took the reins, and led with grace, wisdom and courage
and brought the Chamber through those trying times.
Melinda has also served as an IMPACT Pasadena Mentor,
chaired the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region’s Women’s
Leadership Committee, served on The Bridge Over Troubled
Waters Capital Campaign for The Kid’s Bridge, among many

She has been involved in multiple school districts, collaborating with high schools about employment market
requirements, hosting job fairs & financially supporting several foundations.
There truly aren’t enough words to describe Melinda Torrison, she is truly one of a kind, and we are honored to announce her as the 2022 Citizen of the Year!
