TRAPS Leadership Graduate Congrats to Katrina Hersh—Recreation Supervisor and Manager of the new Community Center—for completing the Texas Recreation and Parks Society’s (TRAPS) Academy of Leadership Development program.
The Academy is a year-long educational opportunity available to parks and recreation industry professionals.
Participants engage in 12 months of dedicated education and networking with national speakers and professionals.
In addition to education, participants research industry topics and trends and join the society for their bi-annual “Walk the Halls” to promote industry standards and ideals, and share their research with Texas lawmakers.
