The Alvin Volunteer Fire Department is currently accepting applications for the 2023 Recruit Academy starting in January.
Our department is filled with men and women of all ages and backgrounds.
This is not a full-time job; it is a part-time commitment to serve.
Basic Requirements
Be of good moral character
Ages 18 to 55 years old
Pass physical agility test
Pass drug test
Must live in Alvin response area
Have valid Texas Driver's License
Pass medical physical and be insurable
