The River, Lakes, Bays 'N Bayous Trash Bash®, Texas's largest single-day waterway cleanup, welcomed 2,456 volunteers at 14 sites for the 29th annual cleanup on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Thanks to their efforts, 40.51 tons of trash, 219 illegally dumped tires, and 0.38 tons of recyclables were removed from 108 miles of waterways in the Galveston Bay watershed!
