Recently the La Marque Police Department and the La Marque Fire Department participated in a joint training session to learn valuable tools when encountering those on the Autism spectrum. Members of both departments were instructed by Darla Farmer, the Founder and CEO of Hope for Three.

Hope for Three provided this valuable training to the City of La Marque at no cost!
Officers learned that Autism manifests in a variety of manners and provided tips on how to recognize those individuals that might be on the Autism spectrum.
These sessions were the second time in recent years that Hope for Three offered the training to the City of La Marque.
Autism is the leading and fastest-growing developmental disability in the United States, affecting 1 in 44 children.
Hope For Three is a 501c3 nonprofit and autism advocacy group providing resources and support to families living with an autism spectrum disorder.
