I love summer @ FBCTC. It is one of the most active times of the year, and it also happens to be a great time for refreshment, retreat, excitement, and exposure to Kingdom principles in a fun and focused atmosphere. This summer we have a few opportunities to experience this excitement though camps.
Sports Camp is a Monday – Thursday afternoon camp for those completed 1st-6th that follows immediately after VBS and focuses on relational aspects of living in the Kingdom of God through participation in sports and recreation. June 13-16.
Music Camp is a Monday - Wednesday morning camp that gives children 1st-6th an opportunity to explore various expressions of music in a fun-filled environment. New this summer! June 27-29.
Camp SonShine is a Monday – Friday all day camp for those completed 1st-6th that focuses on Galatians 5:22-23, the fruit of the Spirit, while participating in fun activities all around the area. July 11-15.
Pre-teen Camp is a Wednesday- Saturday sleep away camp for those students who have completed 3rd – 6th Grades. It is jam-packed with high-energy activities, awesome grade-level worship services, Bible Studies, Mission Adventures, and much more. June 22-25.
Power Plus Youth Camp is a Monday – Friday sleep away camp for students that have completed 7th – 12th Grades. It is an awesome week of high-energy worship, recreation, Bible study, and fellowship. July 18-22.
For each of these ministry opportunities there is a fee for participants. We have a practice of making sure that every child/student who desires to attend each camp is able to have that opportunity regardless of financial ability. If you know of children/students that would be interested in attending one of these offerings, please let us know. If you would like to participate through a donation to the Children/Youth Camp Scholarship fund to assist a family with expenses, that would be appreciated as well.
We pray for a great summer in anticipation that we all will be refreshed as we grow in His Kingdom. Won’t you join us!
