Here is one of our amazing women of Galveston County meet Kelly Williams
For 11 years, Kelly served as a Councilwoman for the City of Kemah,  Texas - including 2 years as Mayor Pro-Tem. 
She is a Former Mrs. Galveston County and 1st Runner Up at Mrs. Texas 
Kelly has been Singing Professionally in the Houston / Bay Area for the  past 6 years 
and she has sung the National Anthem over 200 times - for charities,  veterans events, sporting events, and political events 
She was named one of the "Legends of the Bay" in 2018 and was  voted BAY AREA'S
"BEST FEMALE VOCALIST" in 2018 & 2019  
She is a performer on the “Opry on the Square” Shows  
 Kelly is Host / Director of the “Gospel Brunch” Series at T-Bone Tom’s, Co-Founder of the annual Kemah Cops & Crawfish fundraising event.
Since 2005, she has been a volunteer model in the Houston Livestock  Show and Rodeo Fashion Show  
 And for over 30 years, Kelly has appeared in numerous national TV  commercials and print ads in the Houston / Bay Area 
She is the Founder and Director of the Miss Kemah USA® Pageant and the Miss  League City USA® Pageant.  
As well as the Official Recruiter for the MISS TEXAS USA® and MISS TEXAS TEEN  USA® Pageants. 
Kelly is Co-Host of “The Bay Watch” show promoting local events 
For the past 30 years, she has volunteered for many charities–including  Muscular Dystrophy Association, Boys and Girls Harbour, Wounded  Warriors, Salute to Service, Be the Light – Human Trafficking  Awareness event, and the JuCan Childhood Cancer Foundation 
Kelly is also the creative director for the Bay Area Houston Magazine 
 a very proud media sponsor for: Bay Area Houston Ballet and Theatre,  Galveston Women’s Conference, Lunar Rendezvous, American Heart  Association – Bay Area 
Host of “THE KELLY WILLIAMS SHOW” which airs weekly on Facebook  Live and Youtube that promotes small businesses and charities all over  Bay Area Houston 
She has been married to her husband Paul for 28 years, and they have  2 children –
Halie (27) and Paul (24).
