Trixie’s a Pixie

Ever feel like you are having a bad hair day?  Well I can relate!  I have a bad hair day every day.  Of course, lots of folks think my terrier coat is super cute, but I dream of waking up one day (just one) to find that my hair is lying flat!  Speaking of coats, don’t let my grayish tan coat deceive you.  I’m not even a year old.   I was very shy when I first came to the shelter.   I had lived with a senior and it was just the two of us.  The shelter was a whole new world, but it is no longer so scary.  I love playing in the yards with all the other little dogs.   I’m also ready to cuddle with folks once I’ve had a proper introduction.  A girl has to take her time you know!  By the way, my name is Trixie, and I’m ready for a forever home with someone who wants to share their lap.  If I sound like your kind of pup, come on over to the shelter and meet me!

You can meet Trixie and all our cats and dogs at Bay Area Pet Adoptions, 3000 Avenue R, San Leon or visit us on the web at www.bayareapetadoptions.org.  We are open every day except Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.   Bay Area Pet Adoptions (Phone: 281-339-2086) is a non-profit, No-Kill shelter, pet rescue, and adoption organization.
