Texas City ISD is engaged in a process to plan for the district’s long-range facility needs. A Facilities Steering Committee comprised of students, parents, district staff, community partners and business leaders is actively involved with the planning process and will present recommendations to the Board of Trustees in early 2022 for a 10-year facility master plan. The recommendations may result in a future bond election.
You can help inform the Steering Committee’s work by completing a brief questionnaire designed to gather community priorities regarding facility and program needs. Responses are anonymous and the results will help the Steering Committee prioritize specific options to address our facility needs through 2032. The survey will be open through 5 p.m. Monday, November 1st. Click a link below to complete the questionnaire.

A community dialogue will be held 6-8 p.m., November 3rd in the Blocker Middle School cafeteria to share information about facility and program needs and gather feedback on the options under consideration to address those needs. Please join us to learn more about our district’s needs and discuss potential solutions with fellow TCISD stakeholders.
